Meet the Owners

Travis Fink, President

Travis Fink

Growing up around family businesses gave Travis the entrepreneurial bug at an early age. He started two businesses while still in college at the University of Arkansas - Walton College of Business. One of these start-ups grew to be one of the largest independent payroll processing and timekeeping companies in Arkansas. Travis later sold this business and put his experience to work with other entrepreneurs to launch several other businesses which continue to prosper today.

At an early age, Travis learned that employees are a company’s biggest asset and can also pose substantial risks. Travis has been the guest speaker at many organizations over the years on numerous small business topics, many of which included employment issues and hiring practices.

Travis has a passion for small business and for the outdoors. When you don’t find him at the office you might find him fishing and camping with his wife and three sons or kayaking down one of the beautiful rivers in the Ozark Mountains.

Travis is currently the President of Northside Fayetteville Rotary, has served on the Walton College Business Alumni Advisory Council, and is Past Chairman of the Small Business Committee at the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.

Paul Hickman

Paul believes that as a business owner, our biggest asset is our employees! Success is built by hiring a solid workforce and Paul is committed to making his part in that process as expedient and cost effective as possible.

Paul has been in the applicant screening business for 14 years and prior to that held both District and Regional positions in retail loss prevention. Paul grew up in Nebraska and started his loss prevention career while attending the University of Nebraska majoring in Criminal Justice. Paul and his wife Bo have three children and one grandchild all of which live in Northwest Arkansas.

Paul has a passion for people, business and the outdoors. When you don’t find him in the office, you might find him somewhere on a mountain in the Andes or Himalayas.

Paul is a member of many background check and human resource affiliations and he is committed to making your experience with NCS a pleasant one.

Curtis Raymond

Curtis has spent the last twenty years as a small business owner and he understands as well as anyone the headaches involved in hiring an honest, quality employee. Curtis knows that businesses fail every day as a direct result of bad hiring decisions and he is committed to making his contribution to your hiring process as quick and affordable as possible.

On his time away from the office Curtis enjoys traveling and outings with his family. Curtis also loves to kayak and fly fish in his spare time.
